Nicole Hilpert studied law at the University of Basel (BLaw, MLaw) and at New York University (LL.M.) in New York City. She has been admitted to practice before all courts and authorities in Switzerland since 2019.
Before founding Avenras Legal, Nicole Hilpert worked for several years at leading international business law firms. She advises and represents companies and private individuals on business law matters, with a particular focus on litigation and employment law.
Her international education and practical experience enable her to analyze complex cross-border issues in a structured, precise, and results-oriented manner. In addition to her legal practice, Nicole Hilpert regularly publishes on business law topics and continuously expands her expertise, including in negotiation techniques at Harvard Business School.
